Winter Wonderland

It's finally December... and we FINALLY have snow :) YAY!!!

We were lucky enough not to get pounded with 9-15 inches like some parts of WI and IL, but three inches will suffice. There's a nice coating on the ground, and it just looks so beautiful outside. And the perfect time to curl up with a hot cup of cocoa and a good book by the fire. Hopefully I can round up some friends and go sledding or something, cuz that's so much fun! I miss the hills of my small town, where you could sled down the hill and not worry about getting it by a car at the bottom. I don't think I would do so well on a hill like Bascom (I haven't yet tried sledding down that hill, but I could only imagine how much fun and dangerous it is!)
